Douglas
S. Land - Founder & Managing Director
Mr. Land has been a financial and economic consultant since 1981. For
the past 19 years he has assisted public and private firms in all phases
of business start-up and growth including feasibility studies, business-plan
preparation, equity funding, debt funding, private placements structuring,
and initial public offerings. A member of the Board of Directors of several
client companies, he is also the founder of Economic Analysis Group (Washington,
DC). Mr. Land was formerly an executive of Hambro Resource Development
Incorporated, an affiliate of Hambros Bank of London, UK. He has BA in
Economics, and an MBA and MA in International Relations from the Wharton
School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Erik K. Buchakian - Principal
Mr. Buchakian has been an investment banker focusing on the IT Services
and Business Services sectors since joining The Chesapeake Group in 1993.
During that time he has advised clients throughout all phases of the M&A process
for numerous transactions ranging from $5 million to $1.3 billion in size, and has also specialized in providing strategic and
financial consulting to growing, entrepreneurial companies. Prior to joining
Chesapeake, he spent four years as a programmer and systems analyst in the financial
services industry, designing and supporting banking applications for Barclay's Bank, PLC
and as a consultant with Cap Gemini. Mr. Buchakian was also a research assistant in
Economics
at Columbia University. He has a BA in Computer Science from Queens College of the City University of
New York and an MBA in Finance from Columbia University.

Thomas T. Rooney- Principal
Mr. Rooney has over 20 years of technology investment banking experience
with the last 17 at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette (DLJ). Over this period
he had significant responsibilities with respect to equity trading, research
and corporate finance. From 1985-94, he was consistently ranked as one
of the leading technology analysts on Wall Street by Institutional Investor
Magazine and on multiple occasions was cited by the Wall Street Journal
for the accuracy of his earnings forecasts. More recently he helped build
the largest and most profitable software services practice on Wall Street
first as an analyst and then as an investment banker. During this time
he helped complete nearly 30 capital raising projects raising more than
$2.5 billion and completed over $3 billion in M&A transactions. He
has extensive expertise in structuring and positioning transactions particularly
with respect to the public markets. Mr. Rooney has a BS in Economics/Political
Science from Bates College.

Salvatore P. Cenatiempo - Principal Mr. Cenatiempo has over 10 years of experience in financial and economic consulting
and investment banking. His areas of focus include business valuation, financial
modeling and analysis, business plan preparation, and transaction support and due
diligence. He has broad transaction experience including public and private financing
and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Cenatiempo previously worked for Economic
Analysis Group, a Washington DC based litigation consulting firm. He has a BA from
New York University and an MBA, Beta Gamma Sigma, from New York University's
Stern School of Business.

Siddhartha Padam - Principal
Mr. Padam heads Chesapeake’s operations in India and has over 9 years of
strategic planning and M&A experience in the technology and business services
space. Prior to joining Chesapeake, Mr. Padam was Principal - Acquisitions &
Investments at Infosys Technologies, where he worked with the Board and senior
management to identify strategic opportunities.
He has also been
part of the Corporate Planning and Enterprise Risk Management functions at
Infosys.
Formerly Mr. Padam was with Valtech where he led the strategic planning, M&A and
post-merger integration functions in India. Mr. Padam has previously worked at
ChrysCapital, one of India's largest private equity firms, where he focused on
investing in the business services space. Mr. Padam has an MBA from the Indian
Institute of Management in Bangalore, India and also holds a Masters in
Economics from Gokhale Institute of Politics and Economics, Pune India.

Srinivas (Sri)
Kalale – Vice President
Mr. Kalale
is based in the Bangalore, India office of The Chesapeake Group where he manages
and executes M&A and financing transactions. Mr. Kalale has over 10 years of
experience, including eight years in corporate & product strategy, marketing and
consulting. Prior to joining Chesapeake, Mr. Kalale was with Pharus Advisors
where he worked on M&A and private equity assignments, primarily in the
technology sector. In addition, Mr. Kalale’s corporate experience includes
management responsibilities at Oracle USA where he managed multi-million dollar
CRM products and played a lead role in integrating PeopleSoft and Siebel CRM
products into Oracle’s CRM portfolio. Mr. Kalale has a BS in Mechanical
Engineering from Bangalore University, MS in Computer Science from University of
Illinois, Chicago and an MBA from the Haas School of Business, University of
California, Berkeley.

Aish Sinha - Associate
Mr. Sinha joined
Chesapeake
from Huron Consulting Group where he worked for over a year as an analyst in the
Corporate Advisory Services practice. At Huron he was primarily involved in the
restructuring process of a national airline carrier operating under Chapter 11
protection. He has a BS in Finance and Computer Science from the
University of Illinois

Eli Greif - Associate
Mr. Greif joined
Chesapeake
from Standard & Poor's where he spent two years as an Associate in their
Corporate Value Consulting practice. Prior to S&P he spent two years as a
Corporate Finance Analyst with Intel Corporation and also served as a
Legislative Aide to a United States Senator. He has a BA in Business-Finance
from
Indiana

Rajesh Subramanian
- Analyst
Mr. Subramanian joined Chesapeake from Cygnus Business Consulting & Research
where he worked for a year as an equity research analyst covering US and UK
based energy companies. Prior to Cygnus Mr. Subramanian worked for BoardEx India
for two years as an analyst responsible for financial research. He has a B.Com
from Calicut University and a MBA in Finance, from Bharathiar University.
Akhil Uday – Analyst
Mr. Uday joined Chesapeake from Kotak Securities where he worked for over a year
as an advisor in the Financial Planning division. At Kotak he was primarily
involved in advising High Networth Individual (HNI) clients with their
investment portfolios. He has a Bachelor of Business Management from Christ
College, Bangalore India.
John Rogers - Advisor
Mr. Rogers has almost 20 years of management and corporate development
experience in IT software and services. He was previously the Director
of Operations for Informix Software, Ltd. Prior to Informix, Mr. Rogers
was the Managing Director of Dataquest Europe, where he guided the company
through a turnaround and successful sell to Gartner. Prior to Dataquest,
he worked at IBM where he held various management positions of increasing
responsibility, his last being that of Vice President of Services for Europe.
Mr. Rogers also serves on the Advisory Board of ITSMA Europe.

Dr. William H. Lehr - Advisor Dr. Lehr is Associate Professor of Economics at Columbia University's
Graduate School of Business. Dr. Lehr has substantial consulting experience
in the areas of technology and telecommunications including extensive assignments
for AT&T and NYNEX. Prior to associating with Chesapeake, Dr. Lehr
– who has published numerous papers in the areas of technology and telecommunications
– served as Manager of Financial Analysis at MCI Telecommunications (now
MCI Worldcom). He has an MSE in Chemical Engineering, an MBA from the University
of Pennsylvania, and a Ph.D. in Economics from Stanford University.
